All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase to be eligible for a full refund. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Any damage or discrepancies in your order must be reported to Agrowinn Fertilizers within 24 hours of receipt of shipment.

Please indicate the reason for your return and be sure to include a copy of your packing slip, invoice, or online order form.

For truck orders, it is important not to sign for your order until you have checked the shipment to make sure that your order is complete and undamaged. Agrowinn will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged goods unless you call to report it within 24 hours, and note it on your invoice at time of delivery.
